The Niger Delta Civil Society Coalition (NDCSC) issued a press statement, calling on the federal executive, national assembly, and the entire stakeholders of the region, to see the present opportunity as the ripest moment for a just peace in the Niger Delta and sustainable stability in Nigeria.  In the statement, the NDCSC expresses its concerns over the current government policy "Amnesty Agenda" and its negative impact, and calls for new approaches.  (read more)
